CONFLICT RESOLUTION SKILLS TRAINING FOR AFRICAN AMERICAN AND MULTI ETHNIC MALES

Young Gentlemen and Women (YG/W) 2000, offers consultation in leadership development and mentoring community service to low-income families and youth. The goal is to instruct, train, and develop positive programs for at risk youth on how to handle conflicts constructively in their lives, and to become self-sufficient citizens. Youth are welcome to participate in the program.

David J. Nixon founded the Young Gentlemen and Women 501 c 3 nonprofit organizaton in 1999, and looks forward to offering community services to youth nationwide to help develop the minds of at risk youth on how to handle conflicts more constructively in todays society.
