David J. Nixon, founder of Young Gentlemen and Women, looks forward to linking together with national faith based organizations, local law enforcement, mental health officials, and state programs. YG/W will help support juvenile offenders and individuals who have never been convicted of a violent offense become better citizens in the surrounding cities in the United States.
